OUR SERVICES

New Installation/Remove & Replace

Need a new asphalt driveway or a private road installed on your residential property? Need to remove or replace an existing driveway or private road? Champions Construction & Asphalt Inc. can take on just about any residential project. We make sure the necessary steps are taken to do the project right, from conception to completion. Our team of qualified workers have the tools and experience to achieve the best results within the allotted time frame.

New asphalt can be installed in a relatively short amount of time depending on the size of the project. A new driveway typically takes a day for us to install after excavation and subgrade is complete. So there is very little inconvenience for our customers having one installed.

Overlays/Resurfacing

Overlaying/ Resurfacing is an alternative to having your asphalt removed or replaced. Overlaying is the process of applying  a new layer of asphalt to the existing asphalt and then having it compacted. An overlay is a much more affordable option and can extend the life of your asphalt for years to come.

You should consider an overlay if your driveway is beginning to show signs of aging and deterioration and is starting to look blotchy. Although an overlay is more affordable, it may not be suitable for your driveway. If you find water draining from your asphalt driveway into your garage or home, you should consider removing and replacing your existing asphalt driveway.

Seal Coating

Asphalt driveways and parking lots need regular maintenance to last long. At some point you will have to remove and replace your driveway or parking lot. When that time comes is dependent on how well you maintain it.

Sealcoating is one of the ways you can maintain your driveway or parking lot. Oxidation from the rain, snow, and sun are the main causes of asphalt deterioration. They cause the binders in the asphalt to fail, resulting in layer after layer of asphalt to chip away over time. Sealcoating slows down this deterioration process and extends the life of the asphalt, saving you money on replacement costs. Sealcoating should be done every 1 to 2 years.
